The Civil Rights Party of Canada Electoral Platform is established as follow

1. Health care spending in Canada reached $160 billion, or 10.6% of GDP, in 2007 and $171.9 billion in 2008, or $5,170 per person. There is considerable variation across the provinces/territories as to the extent to which such costs as outpatient prescription drugs, physical therapy, long-term care, home care, dental care and even ambulance services are covered. Our Government will focus Considerable attention on two critical issues: "wait times" whether for a specialist, major elective surgery, such as hip replacement, imaging procedures such as MRI or Cystoscopy, or specialized treatments, such as radiation for breast cancer; and "health human resources" whereas Canadians having difficulties accessing health care and shortage of medical practitioners.

2. To dissolve the Canada Student Loans Program (CSLP) and to promote accessibility to post-secondary education for all students free of charge; whereas making post-secondary education a free-to-access system base across Canada; additionally amending the Canada Student Loans Act; as well as the Canada Student Financial Assistance Act.

3. Promoting and Advancing Electoral Reform; Implementing and amending the Canada Elections Act; whereas a Prime Minister will be elected for a stable time period of four (4) years, by federal and general elections.

4. Legislative Reform; for the protection of Visible Minorities in Canada; creating federal, provincial and local institutions to protect minority groups, most significantly establishing and providing economic benefits; whereas minorities are contributing significantly to the overall Canadian economy.

5. Advancing and Enhancing Canada's International Diplomatic Relations with the International Communities; whereas the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), the African Union (AU), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Organization of American States (OAS), The Caribbean Community (CARICOM), and Oceania/Australia Institutions; altogether Arabic and Middle East Nations.

6. Our Government also pledges to address issues in relation with Aboriginal peoples in Canada, also known as First Nations, Inuit and Métis; reinstating aboriginal sovereign rights, and tackle new policies to implement systemic structures to establish and protect Aboriginal Tribal Governments, as part of Canada's traditional cultural and spiritual heritages. To establish special commissions to review and accelerate Land Claims settlements, and developing specific socio-economic mechanisms whereas Minorities, First Nations, Women, and People with disabilities can participate equitably and contribute to the overall national and Global economies.

7. To improve gender equity within Public, Private and Federal Government institutions, maximizing Federal Government effectiveness for the prevention of violence against women, especially vulnerable women living within underprivileged communities across Canada, whereby implementing the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and the Beijing Declaration, by increasing national victim assistance programs responsiveness.

8. Our Government also pledges to establish specific mechanisms altogether with the United States of America (U.S.A) Government institutions; whereas more specifically the Department of Homeland Security; thereby to implement existing border security policies and develop Response Framework Partnership to prevent, prepare for, and provide a joint-forces response to natural disasters, national emergencies and natural catastrophes affecting United States of America and Canada.

9. To enforce and implement Canada's "Foreign Policy" for the protection of Canadian Citizens' international human rights, therefore working in partnership with foreign governments, altogether the military, whereby the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force; national and international authorities, civil societies, intelligence agencies; assisting to intervene in situations where Canadian Citizens' human rights and civil rights are violated and/or deprived; and their life threatened within the jurisdiction of a foreign country or territory. Thereinafter maximizing the various benefits of multilateral international cooperation; protecting Canada's national interests, national security, and economic prosperity throughout peaceful cooperation with other nations of the world.

10. Our Government also pledges to address: (a) national unity in Canada whereby the Secession of Quebec unilaterally from Canada ; promoting and advancing National and international Sovereignty; moreover National Security; (b) Implementing special Tax Benefits for Single Parent Families; Small and Large Corporations; and Small Businesses altogether; (c) Maximize Tax benefits for Self-Employed Individuals; local and international trade; aiming to boost local; national and international Economic Growth.

11. The Federal Association for the Advancement of Visible Minorities (FAAVM Canada); also a “Federal Government Lobbyist” has launched a special project for planning coordinating and directing efforts to initiate and launch The Federal Ministry of Minorities (FMM); whereas a Federal Government Department to be created by the Federal Government of Canada; through special Parliamentary Act; whereas the Senate and the House of Commons; thereinafter to advance majority-minority relations throughout Political Participation Programs on issues related to the inclusion of minorities in decision-making processes in support of ethno political representation.

For the past decades; minorities have contributed over $10 Billions in Provincial and Federal Taxes. Subsequently; the Federal Ministry of Minorities (FMM); whereunto established shall contribute to the strengthening of relevant legislations and best practices in governance to enhance the capacity of civil society actors and government to engage with one another in a constructive and sustainable fashion to foster the establishment; development and growth of minority-owned businesses in, minority entrepreneurs and business enterprises helping to stay competitive in the marketplace. Moreover assisting in developing Information Technology and Telecommunications programs-knowledge sharing aiming at the socio-economic, political, scientific, artistic; sportive; religious; spiritual and legislative advancement of the minority.

What is your position about the separation of Québec?

Canada remain an iconic nation in the world for its English and French Ancestral Heritage. Mainly the French historical contribution has made Canada a place and a home for other global French communities.

I praise the true fact that we live in such Democratic Nation where every citizen can voice freely voice their opinion and concerns without fear of persecution, end new comers from all over the world can abide and exercise and enjoy their basic and inalienable and fundamental human rights in a spirit of multiculturalism.

What is your position wuth regards to the separation of Québec?

Of course, Canada has achieved a great deal of socio-economic, political and democratic achievement; and without any doubt, there are a lot more to be done to secure a better future.

We do have a Democratic choice between Division and Unity , whereas the price the benefit.

Now the questions remain; what would Quebec be without the rest of Canada? And what would Canada be without Québec?

And that is what democracy is all about. The future of Canada is in our own hands.

What are your Thoughts On Better Healthcare, for the Elderly and Families with Low Income?

Answer:

Thank you for such important questions.

Senior or elderly citizens are likely or should be covered under some combination of extended Medicare plans because their needs and attentions are far more complex than the rest of the population. As to the extent to which such costs as outpatient prescription drugs, physical therapy, long-term care, home care, dental care and even ambulance services "wait times" for a specialist, major elective surgery, such as hip replacement.

We believe that Health Care benefits should be extended to Senior and/or elderly citizens; whereby in the event they remain at home, in their private residences; special benefits should be extended to family members caring for the elderly. Such extended benefits can also reduce government spending nationally and locally, whereby family can enjoy spending time with their elderly ones; while receiving special incentives to keep them at home.

As we have also been dealing with a number of other issues; whereas sometimes, there are insufficient Public Health Care Residence to accommodate the number or elderly and senior citizens; creating such incentives; would most definitely help Government and families in the long run.

Answer:

The Swine Flu health influenza, similar to other past and current health pandemic such as AIDS, Yellow Fever, Spanish Flue, Malaria, Tuberculosis etc. continuously affect the wellbeing of humankind; and pose significant Health concerns worldwide.

Further scientific and medical researches should be conducted in order to counterpart existing and future health threats to humankind. We can somehow determine how to protect every human being on earth, and Government must continue to play a significant role in public health.

The decision to formally legalize same-sex marriages has been the source of heated debate. Those favouring same sex marriages see the legislation as the next step along the road toward equal civil rights for gays and lesbians. To many, it is an endorsement of equal rights for all Canadians, regardless of sexual orientation.

From a political standpoint, since there have been numerous debates, discussion and legislative actions, whereas a Bill of Rights to recognize same sex marriage; which legislation was brought before the Supreme Court of Canada.

As the Leader of the Civil Rights Party of Canada, taking into consideration the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and other Civil Laws promotion Civil Rights and equal rights for all individuals, without discriminating against sexual orientation. I do believe that we should lead the public to be a part of such decision making process.

When our party is elected, at that particular time, should that particular civil rights issue emerges or remain outstanding; I do believe that a National Public Referendum should be conducted. That way, not only such referendum will assist our Government to best address such delicate and significant Civil Rights issue, such referendum shall also serve to finalize safe sex marriage debates.

Thank you such important questions Charlene and you continued support.

Realistically, when a Nation announces Tax increase in any form whatsoever; that is a clear indication of an instable local and national economy; where any Government in power attempts to revive their spending budget and avoid a more national deficit. Therefore, the increased or the merged of the HST/GST are to revive Government spending.

What Canadians citizens will experience is an instable economy; where small and local, and medium, even major businesses will experience significant economic losses due to the fact that Citizens spending will also be affected; as a results we shall also experience major job losses, and unemployment rate hikes.

Believing that us the people and the general public should have been involved in such decision making impacting their socio-economic living by polling and mostly public referendum. That in any given democratic society.

The recovery processes are very slow, and therefore; should the Government decide to proceed with the increase HST/GST, not only the socio-economic impacts are going to be significantly considerable; but our national economy will be very much affected.

Thank you for such important questions about my policy towards the “seal hunt” issues.

For the past year, I have personally worked with other organizations with such regards, mainly researching and studying the adverse effect of the seal hunt in our region and our environment, and most significantly our ecosystem.

After rigorous studies and research, one would mostly understand that such practice has a significant impact on our environment and our eco-tourism industry, and of course most importantly on the Seal population.

Since our party is also committed to the protection of our environment, I am also committed to ensure that we develop enforceable environmental Policies to protect the Seal Population throughout our regions and prevent their extinction.

The protection of our Environment also entail the protection of our ecosystem which including our animal species.

National Security has always been a very complex and difficult subject to debate; especially when the core understanding in the subject is not addressed with an insightful perspective on what National Security truly signifies for a Nation.

When we think National Security, we think Police, Army, the Penal and Judicial Systems, how to fight crime etc.. All the above noted are in fact elements that taken into perspective constitute National Security.

High crime rate, terrorism, extremist and hatred groups can also be considered when debating matters of National Security; however, today, I want to discuss another aspect of National Security.

Nations spend Billions and Trillions of dollars on National Security; but mostly fail to consolidate efforts to address other subject of significant importance. In a Nation where the people Civil Rights are not met adequately and pro-actively, societal dilemmas may pose considerable threats to National Security. That being said socio-economic imbalances, social injustice, severe civil rights violation, inadequate socio-economic benefits will lead to various National Security immediate threats.

The Civil Rights Party of Canada, on my behalf has the most comprehensive approach to address National Security issues, but this time not investing in fighting the symptoms but to address the societal imbalances leading to National Security threats. By doing so, we will be very successful in reducing various socio-economic imbalances and gaps; which will subsequently lead our nation to national and international prosperity, cutting down Crimes and other societal phenomena and mostly improving Citizens participation and Contribution to our Nation’s socio-political and economic advancement, with dignity and integrity.

With regards to Single Mothers, it is a very significant socio-economic challenge. Despite several Government funding resources, single mother still face and experience various socio-economic struggles.

There are many type of Single Mothers; and that depending on age groups; and such teenage single parents, widows, divorced parents. A method should be implemented where those who require education can complete so on-line through various on-line educational institutions; and also providing accessibility for on-line business opportunities altogether.

That would reduce Day-Care costs and expenditures significantly; and allow these single parents to complete an education on-line via a computer, and pursue self-employment through home based businesses. And most importantly allow these single parents to put their children to schools.

Since our kindergarten, elementary and secondary schools are mostly free, and since the Civil Rights Party of Canada has also pledge to conduct Educational Reform; and to make Post Secondary Education free to access; therefore single families may benefit from sustainable socio-economic relief; and contribute more toward our local and national economies.
