The Civil Rights Party of Canada Electoral Platform is established as follow

1. Health care spending in Canada reached $160 billion, or 10.6% of GDP, in 2007 and $171.9 billion in 2008, or $5,170 per person. There is considerable variation across the provinces/territories as to the extent to which such costs as outpatient prescription drugs, physical therapy, long-term care, home care, dental care and even ambulance services are covered. Our Government will focus Considerable attention on two critical issues: "wait times" whether for a specialist, major elective surgery, such as hip replacement, imaging procedures such as MRI or Cystoscopy, or specialized treatments, such as radiation for breast cancer; and "health human resources" whereas Canadians having difficulties accessing health care and shortage of medical practitioners.
2. To dissolve the Canada Student Loans Program (CSLP) and to promote accessibility to post-secondary education for all students free of charge; whereas making post-secondary education a free-to-access system base across Canada; additionally amending the Canada Student Loans Act; as well as the Canada Student Financial Assistance Act.
3. Promoting and Advancing Electoral Reform; Implementing and amending the Canada Elections Act; whereas a Prime Minister will be elected for a stable time period of four (4) years, by federal and general elections.
4. Legislative Reform; for the protection of Visible Minorities in Canada; creating federal, provincial and local institutions to protect minority groups, most significantly establishing and providing economic benefits; whereas minorities are contributing significantly to the overall Canadian economy.
5. Advancing and Enhancing Canada's International Diplomatic Relations with the International Communities; whereas the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), the African Union (AU), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Organization of American States (OAS), The Caribbean Community (CARICOM), and Oceania/Australia Institutions; altogether Arabic and Middle East Nations.
6. Our Government also pledges to address issues in relation with Aboriginal peoples in Canada, also known as First Nations, Inuit and Métis; reinstating aboriginal sovereign rights, and tackle new policies to implement systemic structures to establish and protect Aboriginal Tribal Governments, as part of Canada's traditional cultural and spiritual heritages. To establish special commissions to review and accelerate Land Claims settlements, and developing specific socio-economic mechanisms whereas Minorities, First Nations, Women, and People with disabilities can participate equitably and contribute to the overall national and Global economies.
7. To improve gender equity within Public, Private and Federal Government institutions, maximizing Federal Government effectiveness for the prevention of violence against women, especially vulnerable women living within underprivileged communities across Canada, whereby implementing the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and the Beijing Declaration, by increasing national victim assistance programs responsiveness.
8. Our Government also pledges to establish specific mechanisms altogether with the United States of America (U.S.A) Government institutions; whereas more specifically the Department of Homeland Security; thereby to implement existing border security policies and develop Response Framework Partnership to prevent, prepare for, and provide a joint-forces response to natural disasters, national emergencies and natural catastrophes affecting United States of America and Canada.
9. To enforce and implement Canada's "Foreign Policy" for the protection of Canadian Citizens' international human rights, therefore working in partnership with foreign governments, altogether the military, whereby the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force; national and international authorities, civil societies, intelligence agencies; assisting to intervene in situations where Canadian Citizens' human rights and civil rights are violated and/or deprived; and their life threatened within the jurisdiction of a foreign country or territory. Thereinafter maximizing the various benefits of multilateral international cooperation; protecting Canada's national interests, national security, and economic prosperity throughout peaceful cooperation with other nations of the world.
10. Our Government also pledges to address: (a) national unity in Canada whereby the Secession of Quebec unilaterally from Canada ; promoting and advancing National and international Sovereignty; moreover National Security; (b) Implementing special Tax Benefits for Single Parent Families; Small and Large Corporations; and Small Businesses altogether; (c) Maximize Tax benefits for Self-Employed Individuals; local and international trade; aiming to boost local; national and international Economic Growth.
11. The Federal Association for the Advancement of Visible Minorities (FAAVM Canada); also a “Federal Government Lobbyist” has launched a special project for planning coordinating and directing efforts to initiate and launch The Federal Ministry of Minorities (FMM); whereas a Federal Government Department to be created by the Federal Government of Canada; through special Parliamentary Act; whereas the Senate and the House of Commons; thereinafter to advance majority-minority relations throughout Political Participation Programs on issues related to the inclusion of minorities in decision-making processes in support of ethno political representation.
For the past decades; minorities have contributed over $10 Billions in Provincial and Federal Taxes. Subsequently; the Federal Ministry of Minorities (FMM); whereunto established shall contribute to the strengthening of relevant legislations and best practices in governance to enhance the capacity of civil society actors and government to engage with one another in a constructive and sustainable fashion to foster the establishment; development and growth of minority-owned businesses in, minority entrepreneurs and business enterprises helping to stay competitive in the marketplace. Moreover assisting in developing Information Technology and Telecommunications programs-knowledge sharing aiming at the socio-economic, political, scientific, artistic; sportive; religious; spiritual and legislative advancement of the minority.
